1. Deposit and balance
The general arrangement is 50% to start the project and 50% on delivery of the agreed work. The accepted quote defines the scope and specific terms before payment. The deposit is deducted from the total price: it is not automatically forfeited if you cancel.
2. If you cancel before we start
If no work has been done and no authorized external expenses have been incurred, the amount paid should be refunded. Any external expense already incurred must have your approval and supporting documentation; we will check whether it can be recovered.
3. If the project has already started
We will review the documented progress and external costs you authorized with you. Only work actually completed within the agreed scope and valued according to the quote is considered. Any paid balance not attributable to that work or justified costs is refunded. There is no fixed 50% retention solely for cancelling.
If there is disagreement over the valuation, we will provide details to seek a solution; your silence is not treated as acceptance of the calculation.
4. If there is a failure or defect
If the work does not match the contract or Pelizam cannot fulfill it, the appropriate correction, replacement service or refund will be assessed. This policy does not limit mandatory guarantees or remedies under the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
5. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] or at +51 943 084 138 with your name, project, payment date and amount, and reason. You can attach proof of payment with unnecessary details hidden. Never send passwords or your full card number.
We will inform you in writing of the outcome, calculation and, if applicable, the amount, method and refund date. We will preferably use the original payment method or one agreed with the account holder. Payment provider processing times will be communicated when arranging the refund. Applicable legal deadlines will be respected.
6. Third-party services and changes
Authorized domain, hosting, license and advertising purchases are reviewed according to the receipt, terms disclosed before purchase and the law. Their nature alone does not exclude a right to a refund. New terms do not apply retroactively to your project.
