Pelizam offers web design and development, logos, visual identity, graphics and digital invitations. This website presents services, work and physical products: browsing, sending an inquiry or opening WhatsApp does not constitute a contract or authorize a charge.
2. Your project proposal
Before starting, we agree in writing on scope, total price, deliverables, revisions, schedule and responsibilities. The accepted quote specifies these points and any special terms. Promotions apply within their advertised scope and validity; they do not imply that every service is included.
3. Payment in two parts for services
The general arrangement is a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on delivery of the agreed work. Specific terms are confirmed in the quote before payment. The deposit is part of the total price; it is not an extra charge or an automatic cancellation penalty.
Additional services, domains, hosting, licenses, advertising or maintenance must be expressly listed in the proposal when applicable. No expenses are added without prior disclosure and agreement.
4. Materials, revisions and timelines
The client provides the necessary text, images, access and approvals, with the right to use them. Pelizam and the client agree on the included revisions. Scope changes are quoted before implementation. If materials are missing or changes occur, a new schedule is coordinated in writing.
5. Delivery and usage rights
The proposal identifies the files, access and usage rights to be delivered. Third-party assets retain their licenses; editable files and trademark registration are not presumed included unless agreed. Paying for a design does not by itself guarantee that it can be registered as a trademark.
6. Results and operation
The service is assessed against the agreed deliverables and terms. We do not promise a number of sales, messages, visits or search rankings. External platforms have their own terms and availability. This does not exclude Pelizam's responsibility for the contracted service.
7. Cancellations, issues and refunds
Read the refund policy. If you find a problem, report it with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. Reviewing an issue does not limit your consumer rights.
8. Website use and customer rights
Do not use this website for attacks, impersonation or unlawful purposes. Portfolio projects are shown as references and do not grant permission to copy third-party brands or materials.
Peruvian law and applicable mandatory rights apply. No clause prevents filing a complaint with the competent authority. Future changes do not retroactively modify an accepted quote.
9. Physical NFC products and accessories
